Career: Office manager, Prague

Our growing equity investment platform is looking for a bright and engaged OFFICE MANAGER for our location in Prague. Working hand in hand with the management team of CROWDBERRY, the candidate shall independently run the operations of the Prague office, support the management team with meeting coordination, travel arrangement, liaise with external suppliers and investors, active work with internal CRM database, organise events and provide support in preparation of various documentation for both, internal and our client purposes (e.g. investment related documentation).

  • Acting as a first point of contact among management, employees, investors and other external partners
  • Managing office operations in Prague
  • Supporting the team with various day-to-day tasks - e.g. meeting coordination, travel arrangements
  • Handling all administrative tasks
  • Communicating and maintaining excellent relationship with investors, working with internal CRM system
  • Supporting with accounting, purchasing and dealing with suppliers
  • Formatting presentations and documents for internal and external purposes in Slovak and English
  • Supporting marketing activities
  • Preparing and coordinating events and workshops
  • Supporting preparation process for different communication channels (PR, website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MailChimp)


  • Higher education or university degree
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an office management position
  • Very good knowledge of Czech and English, both written and spoken (other language is an advantage)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Customer-oriented personality with a representative conduct
  • Experienced in the area of internal and external communication
  • Sound proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and design   
  • Driver’s license B (personal car)
