The Mrakodrap Ostrava residential development, designed by AI-DESIGN under the leadership of Petr Vágner and internationally renowned architect Eva Jiřičná, has reached several key milestones.

Financing with Raiffeisenbank has been secured, the technical and legal due diligence processes have been completed, and reconstruction and construction works commenced in July. Apartment pre-sales have now reached 20%.
