The company plans to strengthen its position in the Slovak market and expand into the Czech and Polish markets, with the investment from Crowdberry investors financing the purchase and operation of payment machines, parking terminals, charging clusters, and software.

The investment is in the form of a secured loan. From the 18th month onwards, it will be gradually repaid to investors from income generated by the rental and sale of parking facilities. The investment is secured by property (parking facilities), receivables from partners, shares in EMcard, and repayment is guaranteed by sister companies EMWare and EMlines.
