What makes this investment unique?
Stable profits and growth: Creative Pro is a long-term growing and profitable company – even during the challenging pandemic period, it maintained its revenue growth and profitability thanks to its ability to quickly adapt and transfer its activities to the digital environment. The group currently generates nearly CZK 360 million in sales with EBITDA of around CZK 25 million per year and is achieving double-digit growth thanks to innovation and service expansion.
Consolidation = strengthening stability: The current investment round will enable the original investors to be paid out and simplify the company's ownership structure. This step will allow for more flexible management decision-making in future growth.
Innovation and digitalization: Creative Pro invests heavily in new technologies (AI, digital tools) to increase efficiency and stay ahead in a rapidly changing environment. Modernizing internal processes and service offerings allows the company to increase margins and scale its business without disproportionate cost increases.
Renowned clients and diversification: Creative Pro has a broad and well-diversified portfolio of clients across sectors (FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, IT, public sector, etc.). It works with companies such as BYD, ORLEN, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Tesco, with no single client accounting for more than 5% of its turnover. Thanks to this diversification, it is not dependent on a single customer or industry, which makes its revenues more stable and reduces the level of risk.
Leader in the CEE region: The group is one of the top event agencies in the Czech Republic and Central Europe – it currently operates in seven countries and regularly wins prestigious awards for its projects. Creative Pro's Czech office acts as a natural bridge to the German market, where the company sees great potential for the future.
Purpose of the investment
The Czech company (which will receive a loan from Crowdberry investors) is part of Creative Pro Group, an international group with a 20-year history that is one of the most highly regarded agencies in the field of event and experiential marketing in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It currently operates in seven countries and plans to expand into other markets in the coming years. In 2024, the group achieved revenues of nearly CZK 360 million and EBITDA (operating profit) of CZK 25 million.
The growth and development of Creative Pro was financed mainly from its own resources and thanks to capital from investors who entered the company in 2019.
Part of the loan from Crowdberry investors will be used to repay these investors. This step will enable founder and CEO Štefan Kozák (LinkedIn profile) to more easily decide on further strategic steps, while investing in innovations that will enable the group to accelerate further growth. The goal is to maximize the value of the company and prepare for a potential exit of the group within two years.

Risks
The company operates on a project basis, with high competition from domestic and international agencies in local markets. Contracts are often subject to tenders. This risk is mitigated by the size of the company and long-term cooperation with established clients from various sectors, strong references, and proven results, which also increase client loyalty.
The event market is sensitive to economic cycles. Marketing and, in particular, event budgets are among the first to be cut by companies. Creative Pro operates in several countries and has a broad and stable client portfolio, which mitigates the impact of cyclical fluctuations. The company also has a well-diversified client base. In the past, it has successfully weathered several cycles, most notably the pandemic, thanks mainly to its committed team and variable cost structure.
The agency is heavily dependent on the expertise of its key team. High staff turnover or a decline in creativity could undermine the quality of services and client relationships. The company therefore invests in a strong team, supports its development, and also uses a network of proven external collaborators. The management of the company in individual countries is made up of the group's shareholders, who thus participate in the profits of local branches.
We rate the company's risk level as B.
