NetCore develops software for network automation, serving customers primarily across the United States and Europe. Its network automation platform helps keep portions of the U.S. railway system, a major U.S. seaport, and the sole internet connection to a Pacific island operational. Despite its international footprint, the Košice-based company has only a limited customer base in Slovakia. In recent months, NetCore has also received acquisition approaches from international strategic buyers.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has delivered 19% revenue growth and commercially launched its second product, ArkMap. Its business is built on a scalable B2B SaaS subscription model with over 90% annual license renewal rates, providing a strong foundation for predictable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.

NetCore has only a limited customer base in Slovakia. Its products Unimus and ArkMap are used by large enterprises across the U.S. and Europe, with more than 80% of its 1,700+ paying customers based in these markets. Companies that compete in highly specialized global niches while maintaining a low profile in their home markets are often referred to as "hidden champions."
NetCore was founded to solve a real operational challenge. Its founders previously worked as network administrators and IT architects and lacked a solution to automate the repetitive manual work involved in configuring routers and switches. They developed that solution themselves. Today, Unimus is used by more than 1,700 paying customers across 3,700+ active deployments worldwide.
Every organization today depends on its network infrastructure—from internet connectivity to mission-critical internal systems. As networks become larger and more complex, the cost of downtime increases significantly. Yet more than 90% of enterprise networks are still managed manually, one device at a time. For large organizations such as telecommunications operators, even a brief network outage can result in losses of millions of euros.
At the same time, the EU's NIS2 Directive is driving demand for more secure and centralized network management. NetCore has been serving this market for years with a solution that, in management's view, offers a breadth of functionality unmatched by competing products. The company also holds ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 23001, PCI DSS and NIS2 certifications, with additional security certifications currently in progress.
Unimus enables organizations to remotely configure, audit and reboot thousands of network devices simultaneously.
One of its customers is a U.S. railway operator that manages infrastructure across approximately one-third of the country's rail network. Unimus manages 65,000 network devices across its infrastructure and can automatically restore remotely controlled railway switches in the event of a failure.
The software also manages the only internet connection serving a Pacific island that hosts a U.S. military base. In addition, it is deployed at a major U.S. seaport handling approximately 13% of U.S. maritime cargo.
Due to the critical nature of these deployments, NetCore cannot disclose the identities of these customers, as they operate critical infrastructure under strict confidentiality agreements.
