Boataround.com is a booking and rental system for yachts, motor boats and catamarans, including captains and insurance. Rental through Boataround.com is a convenient and transparent process with the opportunity to evaluate the owners of boats and individual ships. By omitting intermediaries, who are usually involved in the process, Boataround offers unrivalled prices.

In 2016, the Company secured financial commitments from investors through the Crowdberry platform. During the past year, it has made considerable progress and is ready for another investment round. Customers can currently choose from more than 9,100 ships worldwide and more than 300 destinations in 42 countries across the globe – all in 11 languages. Boataround has the largest own catalogue of boats on the market. All the boats are directly contracted with the owners and charter companies. This enables the Company to provide its own authenticated content and yacht ratings from real customers, the best prices on the market, and customer service seven days a week in the local language.

The Company was founded in 2016 by former employees of the popular hotel booking portal Booking.com. They have lengthy experience with the online booking business model and international operations in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. The Company's technology and service infrastructure were developed in-house and is scalable for global growth. The top visitor-rate of Boataround.com is over 30,000 hits per month. The Company also attracted over 35,000 Facebook fans. International travel agencies and networks are approaching Boataround with proposals for cooperation in terms of boat rentals as well as holiday packages. Under such cooperation, these agencies are linked to the Boartound catalogue and technology platform.

The Company is looking for further investment to boost its market share in individual countries, expand the number of boats and destinations on offer, improve marketing, and to continue developing the platform functionality.
