Michael Almásy and his guest, Milín Kaňuščák, owner of KAMI PROFIT s.r.o., will use the redevelopment of the Ostrava Skyscraper as a real-world case study to show how architecture, real estate development and investment capital come together. They will take you behind the scenes of what it takes to bring a project like this to life—from the initial vision and cooperation with the city, through the involvement of internationally acclaimed architect Eva Jiřičná, to the many strategic decisions, coordination and time required to create a project that delivers value for the city, future residents and investors alike.
