The company is growing steadily and is one of the leading players in the European market with a TTV (total transaction value) of EUR 70.5 million in 2025.

The current investment round in the form of private debt (loan), which will later be converted into digital DLT bonds, represents a short-term investment for 12-24 months. Investors have the opportunity to participate in Boataround's growth debt with a fixed return of 13.2% p.a. + performance bonus.
