Tomáš Cár has become the new Head of Real Estate of the Crowdberry investment platform

Crowdberry, the largest licensed investment platform for direct investing, has had a new Head of Real Estate since 1 September – Tomáš Cár. Tomáš comes from 365.invest, where he led the real estate transactions team and later oversaw relations with investors in real estate funds.

Tomáš Cár is an experienced finance professional with 17 years of practice in investments, banking, and real estate transactions. Tomáš managed mutual funds at VÚB Asset Management, traded on the financial markets at VÚB Bank, and advised on investments in commercial real estate at CBRE. Since 2021 he worked at 365.invest, the largest manager of real estate investments in Slovakia. There he led an investment team with which he carried out dozens of real estate transactions with a total volume exceeding EUR 300 million. Later he oversaw relations with investors in real estate funds there, including communication with institutional partners.

In addition to professional achievements, Tomáš is also known for his enthusiasm for education and support of financial literacy. He brings to the Crowdberry team a combination of expertise, international outlook, and the ability to lead people, while placing emphasis on building trust with partners and investors.

At Crowdberry, Tomáš will be responsible for the development of real estate investment opportunities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, strengthening the portfolio of residential and commercial properties, optimizing processes, and introducing innovations with the aim of improving the investment experience and supporting the long‑term confidence of investors in investing in the form of direct entry into companies or through loans.
