Apartments Lipno offers a unique opportunity to co-own a developer project in one of the most attractive tourist spots in the Czech Republic. Crowdberry investors will enter the project in the early phase, which promises higher returns.

The Apartments Lipno project is being developed in response to strong demand for properties not only in the vicinity of the reservoir, but in tourist areas throughout the Czech Republic. The reservoir targets mainly customers who want to enjoy their vacation in privacy and within easy reach of Czech and Austrian nature parks and ski centres. The complex will also offer sporting facilities for families with children. A children’s playground, a sports ground and a restaurant will be built there; an extension of the pier with the possibility of mooring boats is also planned. A cycling path and a cross-country ski trail can also be found in the nearby vicinity.

Why invest in the opportunity:

1.       Attractive locality – construction of apartment buildings in the northern part of the Lipno reservoir will be unique in terms of their location: right by the water and close to Šumava National Park, a cycle path and Austria.
