Invest in Expandeco and Pošta bez hranic – a Central European leader in providing services to support the growth of e-commerce companies abroad.

Capital from Crowdberry investors from an investment campaign totaling more than €2 million in 2024 enabled Expandeco to acquire the Czech transport company Pošta bez hranic (PBH). The merger expanded Expandeco's services to include international shipping, making it the Central European leader in supporting the growth of e-commerce companies with over a thousand customers. This year's turnover will exceed €20 million (+17% Y-o-Y) with a profit of €1.8 million.

Expandeco is once again opening up to investors via the Crowdberry platform to co-finance the second part of the purchase price for the acquisition of Pošta bez hranic. Investors will become co-owners of the Expandeco group with a limited capital of €800.000 under the original terms and conditions for the purpose of completing the acquisition of PBH and further growth of the group across almost all of Europe.

The investment campaign will be open on the Crowdberry platform only until July 31, 2025.
