The capital of 3 million EUR will be used to co-finance the construction of 159 apartments, 11 lofts, 80 business units, and retail spaces in energy standard A0.
Crowdberry investors will receive a return in the form of a cumulative preferential dividend paid at the end of the investment period. The expected return is 13% p.a. over the planned investment period of 26 months, representing a 1.29x appreciation.
